Hi Mr Bala, Thanks for your email. Firstly, would appreciate you could tell me your rental budget. Your requirement is about 500 sf to fit in 3 tables. For your information, the minimum size that is available is usually between 750 sq ft - 1000 sq ft. Potential tenants tend to look for office space near to public transport (LRT station near by) and near to commercial centers. I would recommend offices located near the Twin Towers (KLCC). I might have something about 800sf ++ space available around the area. Can only confirm by next week as a lot of the management staff of the office building are on leave until next week.
